Red Chile Seasoning

Green Chile Seasoning
This is a personal favorite, its the great taste of Hatch Medium Green Chile with no salt so you can create seasoned chips, dips and Mexican dishes with lots of cheeses and not make over salted food. My Favorite is putting it on bone in skin on chicken and roasting it for the best chicken tacos and enchiladas you've ever laid a lip on! You can also get this in HOT, just make sure you know it is indeed handkerchief Hot.

This is another no salt seasoning that will leave you wondering why you ever used a salted one! Make the best mouthwatering meatballs, use in oil & vinegar for a terrific clean tasting dressing, it makes amazing broiled zucchini halves just add a little olive oil first then sprinkle with Parmesan and Panko. Add to sausage and add tomato sauce for the fastest most delicious pasta!
American Kitchen Seasoning
This is an all purpose no salt seasoning good for every day flavor on hamburgers, chicken, fish, lamb and veggies. Sprinkle on eggs, meats, salads, chips, popcorn, sandwiches, mix in mayo or yogurt, or add to BBQ sauce. Great mixed in butter too.
SUGAR & SALT CONTENT PRODUCTS
This rub is outstanding on Salmon but also on any red meat, chicken, lamb, pork or other fish types. Put rub on flesh side of fish, wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours but it's better with an overnight brining (this process is called Brining by chefs). Bake or BBQ as desired. We've been told by consumers that our Salmon Rub is the best in the Northwest!

This recipe is from the Deep South with a few updates like our cold smoked organic sugar and alder smoked Koshered salt. Creole is a beautiful compliment to vegetables and proteins alike. Seafood is particularly good with Creole seasoning. We think you will be delighted with this seasoning and fall in love with the gentle blend of peppery spices. Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika Peppers, Smoke Salt & Sugar.
Cover meat, fish, poultry, pork, or game with olive oil then sprinkle Tuscan Grill seasoning to coat the surface. You can let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight then roast in the oven or grill it. This has extreme flavor so rich you’ll think you’re in Italy!

SMOKED SUMMER SAVORY
is the bomb on roasted anything including veggies. We were trying to emulate that yumminess we love at the upper end steak houses and guess what....this stuff blows them away! This outstanding blend has smoked pepper and smoked salt in it to kick up the flavor and compliment the Summer Savory and other spices and herbs. It worked!
Smoked Course Ground Pepper The one and only (that we know of), an amazing stand alone product that we especially developed with salt and sugar restricted diets in mind. You can now have delicious Smoked flavor with this pepper. A remarkable product made with cold smoke from Alder wood. As per our usual, no oils or fillers in this just a pure simple but complex product.
Hot Curry Seasoning
This is another no salt seasoning that is so flavorful you won't miss the salt. This recipe has celery seed, Parsley, Red Chile Flake, Granulated Garlic, Savory, Turmeric, Curry Leaves and True Lemon Crystals. It's spicy goodness is appreciated in dishes like Chicken Divan and Shrimp Curry.
Alder Wood Smoked Garlic
This granulated garlic goes through a double smoking process for the most delicious seasoning ever! This process takes the bite out of the garlic but does not make it sweet. Awesomeness!
Alderwood smoked Garlic, Pepper, and Kosher Salt = perfection! Exquisite on anything really but it elevates red meat to levels passed the best of steakhouses if we do say so ourselves!
Smoked Cinnamon Sugar
Our testers affirmed that the new Alderwood Smoked Cinnamon Sugar is awesome especially on sweet potatoes, baked apples and toast. We like it on ham steak and to candy bacon, yum!
Alderwood smoked Garlic and Pepper, Kosher Salt, Paprika, Granulated Onion, Organic Smoked Sugar, Brown Sugar, and Hatch Red Chile. This rub is great on anything you want a smoky slightly sweet slightly warm seasoning on. We love it on pork chops and country fried pork cutlets - yummy!
Dilly is delicious! Dill, Chives, Summer Savory, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Paprika, Pepper, Celery Leaf and Parsley. Easy to use in Egg dishes, Fish and seafood dishes, Potatoes love it and my personal favorite is in crème fresh to make a tarter sauce or veg dip. Also good on a baker.
We honor our customers whenever possible so when they ask for something specific we get busy. Over the last year we have had an increasing number of folks that can't have Onion or Garlic. We came up with Nunya, as in Nunya Business LOL. It's a tasty, well balanced surprisingly great seasoning.
Sandia Sage is just right for Fall cooking, we had a bumper crop of culinary sage and blended it with Celery seed, Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme, and Granulated Onion. Try it in your cornbread
We start off with Organic oranges and peel then dehydrate them. We add this to Allspice berries, Cinnamon Sticks and Whole Clove. We add some organic sugar and have a sensational combination, just add to Apple Cider or Burgundy wine, Yum!
Organic Pure Paprika
Simply elegant and clean for the best tasting dishes. We love Hungarian Goulash and found this to be the best Paprika for the recipe.
Smoked Whole Peppercorns
It took a bit of experimenting but we finally figured it out for a great product. After going though a long slow low temp smoking process it was taking literally months to wait for the smoke to seep into the corn. We started vacuum sealing the corns and that worked great! Now you can enjoy a great fresh ground pepper that's smoked!
This is our version of Lemon Pepper. It has no salt and is Lemon forward (which is why it doesn't need salt). It took 6 versions to come up with one we really like. We are particularly finding it yummy on Chicken and Fish. We use True Lemon Crystals and Lemon Peel powder to get that real lemon note in the product. A little regular pepper and a little smoked pepper with a bit of smoked garlic and there you have it.
We are working with Up North Distillery and came up with this fabulous "finishing" Pepper. Delicious
This product is a celebration of cooperation. Gem State Mushroom farm dehydrates mushrooms making them easy to use in a seasoning. I run them through my burr grinder and instant shroom powder! I combine it with red Sumac flowers, a little garlic and a little onion. That's it! Delicious on eggs or mac and cheese as well as on meat dishes. One of our most versatile seasonings for sure.
