We have a lot of projects under development this Summer:

We are working on: 

Gem State Mushroom Farm - our new Blue Oyster Mushroom seasoning is surprisingly delicious and will be available first. I'll it have online soon. This has passed all trials and will be added to the webcart.

Up North Distillery - we are working to create a whiskey infused pepper for BBQ. Exciting to say the least. Bob is especially thrilled to add another item to his smoked seasoning repertories. Stay tuned. The whiskey pepper is ready as a finishing pepper, it loses whiskeyness when cooked within a recipe.

Pamalot Lilac Farm - I've been asked for Herbs De Provence more than a few times so Pam was the logical for this recipe. Not enough call for this to add to our line up at this time.

Zaatar is also a seasoning we are asked for so toasting sesame seeds is under way. Very promising but still working

Rathdrum Prairie Ranch will be available soon too. Our little farming efforts grow enough to do this up right. You won't believe how good homemade is! This is a fabulous seasoning  to cook with or to use as a dip or dressing. It's in the web cart now.
